Strategic management was introduced to help an organization plan and utilize its available resources efficiently and effectively to attain the company's planned goal. Strategic management is implemented during specific situations or even crisis.

In the current pandemic Covid-19 situation major of the companies and businesses are facing issues in their daily work due to the lack of resources. In these situations strategic management will help the organization/ the management of an organization to understand  the current external environment and it will also give a clear picture of the internal environment of the organization to attain its pre-planned goal.

But in this current scenario manpower is the major issue and which is also limited.
