The Manufacturing Schedule module integrates your Shop Floor and Planning Department; and arranges, prioritizes, controls, and optimizes work and workloads in your manufacturing process. It assigns task and allocates time for the use of resources, such as, personnel, equipment and facilities for production activities. It also facilitates the automated or manual prioritization of the usage of resources for POs, in that, the production personnel can reallocate the resources allocated for any particular PO to an alternate production order, or, even reschedule the production order.


The module's ability to sequence and schedule the production orders and resources based on critical ratio rule, earliest due date, shortest processing time, slack time remaining rule, and user defined priority; enables the smart prioritization of work to provide optimum customer satisfaction.

The module's flexibility to adapt to discrete, repetitive, and flow manufacturing processes gives you the liberty to employ the model into any kind of workflow, and successfully generate cleverly designed schedules to deliver the best out of your business and procure maximum profits as well.
